Sometimes, when I take a walk in nature, a question arises in my mind: “Where would I be if I weren’t here?” It’s a question that used to disturb me, holding me back in everything I tried to do. I often felt overwhelmed by tasks left incomplete, by procrastination, and by the weight of unfinished work—it felt like a burden.
Yet, deep down, I always held on to one thing: my belief in my own confidence. That belief reminded me that I am here for a meaningful purpose. It connected me to my deepest desire—to help and serve people.
As I reflected on every task I had left incomplete, I noticed a pattern: fear of judgment, fear of saying “no,” lack of clarity, people-pleasing, letting external opinions guide my decisions, and mental clutter that clouded my vision.
Through all of this, one constant remained—my unwavering belief in my own confidence of being here for a meaningful purpose.. It became the foundation that allowed me to transform fear into action, chaos into clarity, and unfinished tasks into purposeful steps toward serving others.
“REBUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE AND THE CAREER YOU DESERVE WILL FIND YOU”
Healing starts within, and success follows effortlessly- this makes the way to change your habits , the way you perceive things, the way you react, the way you choose not to react, the way you become resilient , the way you can quickly come back from state of distress and anger to your self composed state , the way you can always be in a state of “ Anand”
“THE MIND IS THE GARDEN , YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO GROW”
I used to feel so demotivated by my habit of leaving things incomplete, by how much I was affected by my surroundings, forgetting my own goals and vision, and giving priority to everything else.
I think this problem has been with me since I was young, back when I decided to change my field of study. But later in life, I realized the pattern, understood my behavior, and decided to work on myself. I chose to start taking inspired action toward all the dreams I held in my mind.
I realized that the most important dream I carried was to be someone who could help and serve people in one way or another. The tasks I had left incomplete were never my true goals—the hidden purpose behind every task was this very mission.
After realizing this, I decided to pause, break the chain, and give time to myself. I began reflecting on my life. Bringing habits like daily meditation (Dhyan) and reading the Bhagavad Gita became my first step toward change.
Slowly, with the guidance of my coach and mentors, I understood how vital it is to have support—to have someone who can guide you, so you aren’t trapped by your surroundings and can truly find the answers from within. Taking action and holding my belief, along with the support of my coach, helped me create an impact in people’s lives and build the life I had always dreamed of.
By combining my degrees and experience with my mission and love for helping people like you, I help others free themselves from their own mental struggles.
